Jerry Fuentes

Jerry Fuentes is a pop, rock and country songwriter, producer, multi-instrumentalist and singer. Growing up in San Antonio, Texas, Fuentes did everything from win local guitar competitions to write the official "Go Spurs Go" theme song for the San Antonio Spurs' 2003 championship season.

In 2006, Fuentes moved to New York City where Apple sent him on a nationwide tour performing at Apple Store across the world while his song "Blinding Light" was added to the global in-store playlist and featured in 2 episodes of MTV's The Real World. When the Katie Couric Show hired him to feature in her TV house band, Fuentes had already begun to write and produce for his next project—the pop/rock-meets-Tex Mex-Country band The Last Bandoleros. The band released a 4-song EP, produced by Fuentes, which garnered heavy praise from several music publications.

HITS Magazine described the sound as "Tex-Mex meets harmony-rich 'Beatlesque' pop, with a healthy dollop of boy-pop charisma," and added that "the musical verve and joyous energy on display is pretty irresistible."

Country Music Weekly lauded Jerry's writing and production with The Last Bandoleros for its "harmonies and intricate counter melody."

Fast forward 2 years and Jerry, with The Last Bandoleros, has sang and played on Sting's last album, opened for the iconic singer around the world and performed at the legendary Grand Ole Opry.

In between concerts with The Last Bandoleros opening for GRAMMY award winners ‪The Mavericks, headlining sell-out shows at NYC's Rockwood Music Hall and performing at the famous Gruene Hall in Texas, Fuentes continues his passion for songwriting and production for other artists as well as The Last Bandoleros.
