Danielle Mammarella
Daniele Mammarella is a Pescara-based fingerstyle guitarist who was born on April 14, 1997.
At the age of 16, he had the privilege of opening for the Great Master Franco Morone.
He received his Plectrum and pop rock guitar certifications from the Guitar College of London in 2016.
Following his encounter with Music Force, Daniele Mammarella's first album, "Past, Present, and Let's Hope," was released on October 4, 2019. It was produced by Music Force and published on concession by Egea Music and Believe Digital.
His live performances were widened in 2020 to include exceptional collaborations and appearances at notable venues. He has performed as a guest at two events in Abruzzo and then as a guitarist turnista for Cisco Bellotti (former Modena City Ramblers) at four events (Piazza Maggiore Bologna, Tuscany Hall Florence, Parco Angeletti Bologna, and Villa Tittoni Desio), including the event "Per gli invisibili" with Gianni Morandi, Dodi Battaglia, Alberto Bertoli, Modena City Ramblers, and many more.
He has also performed in the official seasons of the Teatro Marrucino (Chieti), "Musica al Tempio" at Rome's notorious Teatro Marcello, and as a guest at Madeira's "Festival de la Guitara" (Portugal).
Daniele was nominated as one of the 5 finalists in the "Acoustic Guitarist of the Year 2020", a worldwide contest promoted by the historical magazine GuitarWorld (panelists included Roger Waters, John Petrucci, Dave Kilminster, Guthrie Govan, Kaki King, etc.).
Then, out of 163 competitors, he won first prize in the Chinese national fingerstyle competition, "The Star of Magic."
In 2021, he began working as an endorser for well-known brands such as "Taylor Guitars" and "Markbass and DVMark."
He was a guest of the Modena City Ramblers concert and opened for Antonio Onorato.
That same year, Daniele was invited to attend the "Comfort Festival" in Ferrara, which is produced by Barley Arts and Slow Music and features performers such as Morgan, Joe Bastianich, Hothouse Flowers, Nick Low, and others...
Following that, he was nominated as a juror in the Chinese fingerstyle contest "The Star of Magic" and was a finalist in the "ADGPA Emerging Guitarist Award 2021."
Daniele Mammarella was included in the top ten of the best acoustic guitarists (The Best Acoustic Guitarist) according to the prestigious British website Musicradar.com for the "Music Radar Awards 2021" and, following further votes of preference, was ranked third, trailing only music giants such as Tommy Emmanuel and Mike Dawes.
He is currently teaching Modern Guitar at Music and Art International Academy (Chieti) and APM (Pescara) and is working on his third album to be released in 2022.
