EVERY SQUARE INCH
I've owned my 314 for a scant two weeks now and I can honestly say that every time I take it from its case
I continue to be amazed. Not only does it not sound like an "entry level" guitar and believe me, I've played
all the other major brands' comparably priced models but the fit and finish of this guitar cannot be overstated.
I held an 814 Brazilian the other day, and after my pulse slowed down, I noticed that, with the exception of the
wood, the superb fit and detail were no different than my 314. I can't believe you offer such a fine guitar at
such a modest price. No other make of American guitar anywhere close to the cost of a 300 Series shows this
level of craftsmanship. Your people must really enjoy what they do; it shows on every square inch of your fine
guitars. I can't wait to order my 712 (although I'll have to save my pennies for a little while longer). By the
way, I love what you've done with the 2001 models. The little refinements in bindings, etc., are tasteful to say
the least. And the new neck...well, what can I say? Please tell your people down in the shop that they built me
one hell of a guitar. Thanks.

NO DENYING IT
After numerous trips to Caldwell Music Store [in Abilene Texas] I purchased a Taylor
314ce. I bought it at noon and the guitar has hardly left my hands since. I have never
owned or played an acoustic that sounds as good, plays as easily, or projects as well
as this Taylor. I took it to a local club where we have an acoustic jam session every
Wednesday. Every picker there wanted to play the Taylor. The Fishman pickup sounds
great plugged straight into the board, projecting a warm and natural acoustic tone.
After owning it for only 12 hours I can tell you I'm just thrilled with it. If age
improves the tone it will blow me away. It already has the tone of a broken-in aged
guitar. The quality and sound of this guitar can't be denied. My [other brand] acoustics
will have to sit in their cases. For right now all I want to play is the Taylor.

CHEERS, BOB!
Today, you made a young man happy when I took delivery of my Taylor 314ce. What a fantastic guitar; it sounds like a dream, and I'm sure that with age the sound can only get better, which is amazing to think about. The guitar looks amazing, too, and the craftsmanship is outstanding. I have looked inside the guitar and found hardly any traces of glue. None of the other guitars I compare to my Taylor even come close. So, as if I haven't said enough, would you send my thanks to Bob for making such a lovely guitar. Cheers.

SHAWN'S SHOT
I recently snapped this photo
of the headstock on my Taylor 314
, and thought it turned out really well. I
thought it might be useful to you. Thanks for your time!

NOT AFRAID OF COMMITMENT
I have been reading the testimonials regarding your
314ce. I bought mine several months ago, and must admit that
it has the most beautiful, "true" acoustic tone of any guitar I've ever played. Between me and one of the friends
I play music with, we own four Taylors. Absolutely superior to [two other brands] in tone, playability, and
appearance. I believe I can safely say that it will remain with me for the rest of my life, never to be traded
nor sold, and only get better with time.

"COME BACK, SHANE!"
I'm letting you guys know that even though I am not yet a "Taylor owner", I am more than impressed with your service. I have been looking at several guitars, including
[other brands]. I have played [another brand] for a very long time, and have been very satisfied with their product. I even owned a [different brand] that I enjoyed very much.
Today, I went to my local Taylor dealer and tried out the 310-CE and the 314-CE, and to say that I was impressed would be an understatement. The quality of your product,
combined with the friendly and speedy responses to nothing more than an e-mail from someone who doesn't even own one of your guitars yet, has been enough to satisfy me
that you are a top-notch company that keeps your customers in mind. Thanks to you, my decision has been made easy. As soon as I can, I am going to buy that 310-CE or 314-CE.
Thank you for your responses and your kindness. I think that you guys make an incredible product, and I look forward to owning one of these guitars.

TAYLOR AND THE ART OF MAKING MUSIC
Recently, I chatted with one of your sales reps over the phone, and I just wanted to say "thanks" for the excellent info I received. As a result of
that conversation, I ended up buying a Commemorative Model 314-MCE last weekend, and I'm incredibly delighted with it.
This is my fourth Taylor, and I love each one of them in its own way. I use a 510 and a
714 for recording at home, and now I've got a 310-MCE and a 314-CE for gigs.
I've got a truly fine stable of instruments and, at this point, I really don''t want to play anything else.
I'm selling my last "othermajorbrandofamericanmadeacousticguitars" to help subsidize the cost of the 310-MCE and, to be honest, I'm never looking
back. I've always been impressed by how well Taylors are intonated and are so wonderfully playable, right off the shelf. That cannot be said
for guitars made by many other manufacturers and is something that you folks should be very proud of.
So, anyway, thanks for the help and, most of all, thanks for the truly superb instruments that you folks make. They make the art of making
music so much more enjoyable.

WORTH THE WAIT
I've been holding out for a Taylor for several months. Brandon Pfeiffer, a friend of mine, got a 410-CE and I absolutely fell in love with it.
My next guitar purchase had to be a Taylor. The problem was, I was 16 and didn't have the money for a Taylor. So, I reluctantly shopped around
for other guitars, but I couldn't find one that had that Taylor sound, warmth, clarity, and playability.
For six months, I searched and searched, hoping and praying to find a Taylor somewhere that I could afford. Finally, I found one at a dealer in
Maryland - a 314-CE, the guitar I was looking for. It had everything: Grand Auditorium styling, a cutaway, electronics, and, most of all, it was a
Taylor. I had never seen it nor played it, I simply had faith in knowing that it was a Taylor. After a few phone conversations, some anxious waiting,
and running the UPS man back and forth across the city, the Taylor was in my hands.
After some re-stringing and tightening of the tuners, it was ready to be played. And after one strum, everything was perfect. Acoustic guitars just
don't get any better than Taylors. Keep it up, because someday I want to upgrade!
