COLOR ME HAPPY
After a long time of wishing and hoping, I am the very happy owner of a Taylor 310e. I knew I wanted a 310 with a
pickup, but no cutaway. They aren't sold off the rack that way, so I talked to the salesman about having one put in.
He said the best idea would be to contact Taylor directly and ask about installing a Fishman Prefix pickup. He Taylor
said, "no problem", and my special order was placed.
A few months later I received my 310e just the way I wanted it. I couldn't be more pleased or thrilled. It sounds
great! I just love it. Thank you!

THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS
This past weekend, I went shopping for a guitar. A friend of mine suggested Taylor, but I knew it was out of my
budgetary reach. I have been playing guitar for 30 years, and I was convinced that I should only purchase a guitar
I would be happy with.
Well, I tested [several other makes], all within my budget of $500. Standing nearby was the Taylor 310 at almost
double the price. After comparing guitars I bought the Taylor 310. It was the only guitar on which I was able to
play barre chords up and down the neck with great ease. Sounded good, too! Yes, I spent more money. Yes, I got what
I have been looking for. A great guitar. Thanks.

WOLF'S GANG
We're an acoustic-rock cover band from Neuwied, Germany, and looking forward to creating our own website with info, tour dates, pictures, and all other kinds of info
and fun stuff. We're using three Taylor guitars a 414-KCE, a Baby Taylor, and a 310 for live performance and in the studio for our last demo CD. Playing grunge-rock
covers on Taylor guitars sounds pretty good! We like the guitars very much.

PERMANENT RESONANCE
I recently purchased a 310 from Mass. Street Music, in Lawrence, Kansas. This is not the first Taylor I've bought
from them; in fact, over the years I'm sure they've sold me seven or eight fine guitars of various brands. But this 310 is by far the hands-down
winner. The selling point for me? Resonance, lots and lots of resonance. Every time I pick it up to play, I'm blown away by the rich overtones
and harmonics. Awesome job, folks!
A friend of mine was so impressed, I took him over to Mass. Street Music this past weekend so he could buy a Taylor. The combination of
craftsmanship and high-tech methods make it hard to consider any other brand. Thanks for making a guitar that sings from the soul!

KEEPING IT IN THE FAMILY
In January [1999], I purchased a 310 from the Fret Shop in Huntsville, Alabama. I've fallen so much in love with it that I went out and bought
my nine-year-old son a Baby-M so that we could play together. I found interesting the "civilians" you list on the website
[see "Artists Who Play/Recording Artists" link on the Taylor News page] who play Taylors, especially President
Clinton. I hope he plays the guitar better than he does the saxophone. All kidding aside, I do enjoy my new guitar. My 30-year-old [other brand] has become a museum piece in
our home.

LAND O' LAKES
"Northwoods greetings" from the land of beautiful lakes, great big walleyes, and woods coming to life. Rhinelander has over 200 lakes within 10 miles of town.
I use my Taylor as a daily teaching tool in my elementary school counseling. I just received the latest issue of Wood&Steel. I am sure proud
of my Taylor 310 and I enjoy reading about the guitars. I look forward to getting better as a musician as I learn more.
