The Repair Centers listed here have successfully completed training at our El Cajon factory and are certified for Taylor warranty repairs. Each is a Taylor specialist, handling all types of Taylor warranty repairs, in addition to non-warranty work such as ding repairs, fret-dressing, and more. Warranty claims can be made directly at any of the Taylor Factory-Trained Repair Centers listed. You are not required to contact Taylor Customer Service prior to visiting a Repair Center. However, please call the Repair Center prior to shipping your guitar.
