Sapele/Sitka
The warm tone and open midrange of sapele balances the bright and snappy characteristics of a Sitka spruce top. The resulting combination provides the perfect guitar for strong, rhythmic playing styles.
Grand Concert (GC)
This shape defines intimacy in its size and sound. The GC is dynamically responsive to a lighter touch and is well-suited for fingerpicking. With clarity and balance, it’s also perfect for mic’ing and home recording.
ES-N®
Derived from the Expression System and similar to the ES-T® under-saddle transducer, the ES-N® features a preamp and tone controls designed to naturally capture the nylon-string voice. It incorporates the same control knobs found on the standard ES.
Gloss Top/Satin Back & Sides
The finish used to create this guitar's textured satin back and sides and lustrous gloss top was developed at Taylor for maximum durability and resistance to cold-checking. This ultraviolet-cured finish is also more environmentally friendly than traditional lacquer finishes.
